To secure your spot on The Pilgrimage retreat, a £500 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your place is reserved and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks (21 days) before the retreat start date. If the full balance is not paid by this time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.

Cancellation & Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your booking, you may receive a refund only if cancellation is made at least 90 days before the retreat start date, minus the £500 non-refundable deposit.

• If you cancel within 90 days of the retreat start date, no refund will be issued. However, we will offer you the option to transfer your full payment (excluding the deposit) as credit towards a future retreat.

Transferring Credit

• Credit for a future retreat must be used within 12 months of the original retreat date.

• Credit is non-transferable to other individuals and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
